Write what comes into your mind and walk with it. Give it enough time until you will feel confident about your thinking.
I intend to write when my mind is murky and restless because writing helps me organize my thoughts and calm my emotions. It is one way I deal with my busy mind, often infused with stress and anxiety.
Some people refer to me as a "writing machine." The secret is in my writing habit. I write something just like eating something. I write it on my blog whenever I feel like doing so. Writing is never complete once and for all. I continue to write in my mind and my daily life. Writing provides me with "joie de vivre."
