Mental Health and Spirituality Exercise 

Make your own rituals. Make your way of focusing on the mind, body, soul, and spirit.

Below is an example of one of my things. Here the focus is Move, shake, and dance.

Focus on the movement of the body. Listen to your soul. Express your spirit. Say something. Leave your body to the rhythm of a whirlwind from the music of your choice. I like the fast-bit music of pop songs. Seek out God and yourself. Shout out with thanksgiving. Say words you want to practice. For instance, this morning's focus word for me is self-control. I focused on that concept and trained my body toward that goal. You can be yourself. The dance is yours. All is yours. You are the only center and everything on the stage in the room.

Stand still. Relax. Feel free. Thank God for everything.

Embrace the mystery of life. Thanks to God.

Face the reality of life. Share the love with others. Hold breath.

Seek the truth of God. Expand yourself. 

Calm down. Self-control

Be confident (self-determination).

Express your determination and aim for change.
